Corporate Governance in Nonprofit-Organisationen am Beispiel der Diakonie

Nonprofit-Organisationen haben sich auf den Weg gemacht, Corporate Governance Kodizes für sich und ihre angeschlossenen Mitgliedseinrichtungen einzuführen. Die führenden Wohlfahrtsverbände, insbesondere die Diakonie, haben sich die ständige Aktualisierung im Anschluss an die Entwicklungen des Deutschen Corporate Governance-Kodexes zum Anliegen gemacht. Neben der Sinnhaftigkeit der Anwendung eines Kodexpapieres sehen Sozialunternehmen vor allem in der Entwicklung von professioneller Führungskultur einen entscheidenden und zeitgemäßen Vorteil. Das Werk richtet sich an Praktiker, die im Rahmen ihrer Tätigkeit mit den Fragen der Umsetzung der Corporate Governance konfrontiert werden. Insbesondere werden dabei die Mitglieder der Leitungs- und Aufsichtsgremien in den Nonprofit-Organisationen angesprochen.
